[Resolved] Mobiletopup.co.in — Recharge failure, but amount debited from my bank account | |||
Hi, I have done two transaction with you. Both transaction got failure. 1) I tried recharging my Airtel Datacard : [protected] by paying 1065.90. But the transaction failed and amount debited from my account. This transaction done on Feb-10. 2) Again My transaction failured for second time. Order Id : MTP17029268. Amount debited from my bank account. But the recharge amount is not happened. But i received mail saying that recharge got success. I dont know what to do... I called customer care number, they said amount will be refunded in 14 days. But it is not yet happened. I dont know what to do?.. Please help me in this case.
