[Resolved] Mobuz Solutions — Not refunding deposit amount taken for H1b visa process for 2015 | |||||
Hello Sir, I have paid refundable deposit of Rs 50, 000 for H1B visa process for year 2015. Mr Mohseen told me that my case is not picked up in the lottery. The money was fully refundable if case is not selected in the lottery, however, they are making false promises day by day for refunds. Neither picking up the call and just disconnects it. I have attached all communication details. Now Kindly help. Received multiple calls and mail from below person . Neazi. Feb 14, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I don't have any intention to harm or defame company's brand name in any manner. If unknowingly I've shared any illegal information I'm really sorry and apologies for that.
Since there was my mistake also as I lost the initial cheque, and Mobuz and team agreed to reissue a new cheque, I'm resolving this requested complain. | |||||
