Modfurn Furniture — Sofa not repaired since 7 months !!!

I am from Raniganj, Asansol, West Bengal. Our Sofa purchased from Modfurn, Durgapur got damaged within 4 months of buying it. We have passed on our complain to service center in August 2014, but the response has been disappointing. Our Sofa is still not repaired, they even refuse to come down here. They neither answer our calls properly & lately they have started hunging up on our calls.It's been over 7 months now.. & yet the Sofa hasn't been repaired & returned yet.
