This is in seeking for justice of my rights of that were promised while purchasing my flat in modi splendour apartments. Gajularamaram.

Flat a 615, modi splendour apartments, gajularamamram.

They have promised in sale deed, registration there all kind of brouchers to provide the below.

1. Swimming pool.
2. Power backup
3. Drinking water in kitchen
4. Fire exit... And few others

Complaint marked as Resolved

All the major concerns like Swimming Pool, Godavari connection, Generator Backup issues and others has been resolved long back . Other major concern issue is with Seepage has been checked and assured by the Modi head office to fix . For the last 1-1.5 years our stay at Modi Splendour is comfortable and pleasant.

Modi Builders customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
