Mojo Pizza — customer support complaint | |||||
On 4th of november, i gave an order to mojo pizza through zomato. And i Received it on time. As usual, it was the best pizza experience given by Mojo. My issue started later, when i called a support executive enquiring, "why i was not given the complimentary snack, as advertised in the app". For that, one lady employee answered quoting "you should receive the Sms notifying that, then only you will receive the snack." i didn't like The response hence i asked: "why i was not eligible for the sms.?' Supporter said, 'only selected people will receive the sms". I asked is it Because i buy continuously from mojo i'm not getting any offers.? For that, She dropped the call on me. I dialed again, the call went to her again. She Dropped the call one more time. I kept on calling until i got connected with support irfan. Who clarified My issue within a minute saying "they are out of stock". I requested for a Supervisor so i could complain about the lady executive. For that, irfan Connected me with ms. Neha. She listened to all my complaints and promised an action on the issue. I informed her, i need a mail regarding the action. She agreed and confirmed my mail. Closed the call. It is the 13th of november, today. I checked my mail inbox, spam, bin etc. But couldn't find a mail from neha or mojo. I called the same number to get Connected with neha. Mr. Ahmed picked the call, kept me on a hold to find Her. Came back with a funny response "sir, nobody is saying anything" and 'she is on leave". He also wanted to listen to my story, so i told him the Story. One more funny lie he told me that" irfan got suspended because of This issue". I got shocked. Irfan was the person who helped me and tried Something for my concern. Then he clarified saying"irfan got suspended for Sure, maybe for some other issues". In this same email, i would like to appreciate and thank the service given By irfan and ahmed. It was them who listened to me, didn't insult me by Dropping my call and didn't give any false promises. I get offers of 'pizza of the day', but my location is not eligible. I get The offer of the complimentary snack, but the stores are 'out of stock'. Leave all these, when i try to order a pizza without any offers also. Your App asks 500/- minimum order. As a customer, i was insulted by a mojo Employee. Another employee fooled me giving me false promise. I Regret ordering and referring the brand mojo. Just like before, i just request a confirmation mail regarding the Action taken on the issue. I do not ask for a harsh action, but a little One which can lower the shame of insult i recieved from your company. I emailed the above complaint to mojo email support as well.
