[Resolved]  Moment Deals — Cheating and fraud

I got a call and they said they are speaking on behalf of citibank complaint dep bank and charged me Rs
7880/- and made me put the OTP the money shall be returned in 45 days
as a new card is being made for security.They kept calling me citibank said it is a fraud later i came to know from credit card statement that it is called Moment Deals they have website and contact no also i
sent a mail they said money shall be returned it is now past 60 days
since money is deducted .They called me again yesterday and told me put
the otp for returning the money i did not put they said money shall not returned they said they are
