Monetary Solution — paid for services but no workings given

This is in regard to complain against ajay mehra and sanjay employees of the company who asked me to pay 40% of 120000 service being suitable to my profile. I told mr. Sanjay that i can pay 29000 rs now rest i pay after profit but when i paid they asked me to pay full 40%. I said them that me already said before cant pay more.. So i asked for refund but they refused. Then ajay mehra promise me to pay 13000 more we will start services.. I paid 13000 but still no workings start. Kindly take actions and so as to refund my amount. This is how people looting their clients in market
