Money Magic Holiday — Fraud txn. from my cradit card

Dear Sir / Madam, On 11th Jun 2014, a madam calls me & asked me about my credit card & took my 4 digit secret code. After taking my card details, she offers me a holiday pack within India, also offer a card same like credit card to purchase (20 to 30% discount) anything. I was not agree with her offer & refused to take that package. But, after that a message came on my phone ([protected]) in which Rs. 7990/- (C Group Technology) was debit to my credit card. Within some minute I contact HDFC customer care ([protected]) & blocked my credit card. When their package came through courier I contact to that money magic company & did not receive their package & returned it through courier (DTDC) & told them to return my money & they agreed to return that amount to my account, but till now, they did not return to my account. This entire incidence has been informed to HDFC customer services (customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) & consumer court ([protected]@https://www.consumercomplaints.in) & they forward it to money magic customer complaint dept(Magic Holiday Complaint Status Update-ID:910032). & informed me that acknowledgement will come to my mobile, but no message has been come yet.After that I have approached to Money Magic many times to return my money to my account & reply with soft copy & they became agree to do that & this matter I informed to HDFC credit card dept. After some days HDFC told me to fill up a dispute form & produce it in Chennai Office & I do that. And they told me that your resolution was completed & I thanked to HDFC credit card team & Money magic company & tell them to don’t do this type of fraud to other people. Then I was happy & make purchase through credit card & my transaction was ok. After some days I call credit card dept. (Anita Madam) for bill statement & she offer (talk to talk offer) me on my card & I took Rs. 100000 as loan through credit card. But after next billing the same Rs.7990/- is add to my billing. Again I contact to credit card dept. & they told me to send a soft copy of all that has been happened with proof from money magic, but no money & soft copy has been come to me from money magic. For that I try to contact them many times but their nos. ([protected] & [protected]) are switch off. For your reference this company is in Delhi.
