Dear sir

I would like to draw your kind attention that i have purchased “lint remover” from prachi enterprises (Tele shopping), 2029, north campus, nalka ganj, delhi – 110 007 on 22.11.2015 from trade fare.

Further, i also regret to inform that after two of purchasing the above item stopped the working properly, i have contact over phone to prachi enterprises and their representative have told me that the said item send back to us for repairing. I have sent the same to their above mentioned address.

Further, i also regret to inform that till writing of this letter i have neither received the above repaired item nor any response from their side.Inspite of our repeated requests & reminder they have not picked-up the phone or not given any response in writing thru email/by post.
