Hello, It was the worst costumer experience at the front desk for wheelchair assistance traveller. On 8 Aug PNR : SLPZME after reaching at 11:50 AM there was no wheel chair arrgement even though requested at booking time. After yelling at the porters standing outside entry gate who were standing and just watching one of them rushed for wheel chair came around 10 to 15 mins afterwards he took us at the VIP gate where wheel chair were checked in Lady there she was in conversation on mobile after a while I realised that the time 10 mins passing but she was busy talking after requesting her three times she was not bother to answer after 2 mins more the porter yelled her ( name not sure )Sangita mam bording has started the she took my phone to check the bookings and told me that its where is wheel chair person after fiddling for 5 mins then she is telling me that you can't take this flight as bording has started and she can't check us in after arguing with her she is telling that as she was talking it took her only 5 mins on call she wasted 15 mins and I was told that i had reached late and because I am late with wheel chair person she can't check me in . I did not expect this kind of service for wheelchair person I will raise this complain and will never travel with Jet again in my life.
