On 8th Sep, 2021, I bought a birthday cake along with few accessories(Cap, Foam Spray, Popper). They invoice copy mentions the cake only but not the other stuff. The popper they sold me did not work hence I returned the same, sealed pack within couple of hours.
The proprietor refused a refund and started misbehaving with me saying that these are Chinese products and has no guarantee.
I doubt if MONGINIS outlets are authorised to sell these products.
The owner threatened me with dire consequences if I visit their shop again.
I have already lodged a complain with local police station.
