Monkeys Attack — monkeys attack

We are living in sector 13 ext. New housing board colony, karnal. There are a large no of monkeys, they are increasing day by day. We are facing monkey's attacks from last 1 year. We are facing monkey's attacks from last 6 months. The attacks are getting fierce day by day. Tearing clothes, breaking property, attacking people is very common now. Children cannot play outside, housewives cant sit out side, you cant dry clothes in open. Various people have been bitten and attacked, not sure what government is waiting for some serious attack or death of someone.
We are residing at 1st floor in open area, monkeys are coming inside the room, & they do the lot of damage in our room & kitchen. They come at early morning & full day they are sitting on our roofs. No one can come outside from their homes.
