Morestore — Staff and security guard behaviour

I am very dissatisfied with your services in more store. There were no staff members to guide us and few were wrong guided us and at bill counter we faced problem with the cashier. There is no feedback system in your store. The staff are very rude and not taking care the customer at all. Products were also not Available in your more store. And even security guards were very rude with customer. You are in service industry and this kind of behaviour indicates your service levels.
