1. We bought this 1000 watt food processor through Amazon in Jan-22

2. With in warranty period there was some issue with the main body (some clip which locks the jars) was fixed
3. With in a short span of time, the wet grinding jar was declared un-usable and we were advised to buy new one
4. I have not yet bought a new one. We used the old Morphy Richards icon mixie (bought in 2008) for wet grinding jobs. Thankfully we did not dump it as planned
5. Further few months later the motor developed a ln issue and we got it repaired through your authorised representative. During that visit we were told not to grind hard items as this will develop problems!! (1000 watt machine!)
6. Now the chutney jar is defunct and your representative is saying we have to buy new one
7. We are unable to chop leafy vegetables it just chops the bottom portion of the input and rotates
8. In a nut shell this has been a very disappointing purchase (after happily using your products for over 15 years)
9. We think we have got a bad piece. We do not want to put good money into a bad product
10. We request you to please arrange for its pick up from our place.
11. When I enquired for a exchange (with different brands) it is fetching Rs 400
12. So, please take back the entire product and see if you can find the defect.
