Morphy Richards — Food processor blade replacement

My name is Prachi Patne.
We bought this Food Processor model "Enrico" around 1.5 years back. everything is working fine except for the kneading blade which has now broken for the 2nd time in less than 2 years. the 1st time we got it replaced and the service was quick. however now its almost 2 months now after registering the complaint for replacement still no one has helped. We got in touch with the Mr Santosh at Service Center located at Nalasopara, Vasai, Maharashtra. He just ignores our call saying that they have not received the blade from the company. its very frustrating to hear such an excuse for 2 months even after being an authorized service center. we have logged a complaint on the customer care no. too who directed us to Service center. unfortunately i do not have the complaint no.
Request you to please look into this matter at the earliest and help us resolve it.
