Morphy Richards — Manager misbehaved over the call

Manager talked rudely / abusively over the call with lady customer. Manager was not even listening to us and started shouting and saying irrelevant words. Manager name : Dileep N

Updated by deepakgautaam There is no response yet from there end.
Either they are supporting the rude behavior of there manager towards customer or they are ignoring customer complaints.
I tried plenty times to raise complaint via call. but same response as we are not allowed to raise complaint from here.
Please help as soon as possible from your end. Morphy Richards customer support is really very bad.
