Morphy Richards — Not getting service efficiently during guarantee period.

I, Mr.Prashant Raje, had lodged complaint for my OTG 52 RCSS which has heating problem, it takes longer time than mentioned in recipe book of morphy richards, also its within the guarantee period.The concerned person had come to check with the fault on 23rd March 2015, in which he told that there's problem with the thermostat & he would change it in 4-5 days duration.But till today 4th April none of the concerned person has taken the initiative to call up from Morphy Richards to ask regarding the complaint, inspite of lodging complaint through Croma(the product was purchased from it) as well as with Morphy Richards.Its a total negligence & insincerity on part of your company.No value for customer & his complaints.
