Morphy Richards — product & service complaint - delux icon food processor.

I have purchased "morphy richard icon dlx food processor" on 19.01.2020 the food processor stopped working in june end & complaint logged on 07.07.2020. 100s or more than phone calls made to customer care & technicians. There is no positive response from the team. They informed me to need to change the "couplers" for 3 jars. Chutney small jar is also not working fine. A brand new product is failed.

Technician inform i have to pay for the couplers, and it make no sense for me to go for pay for a brand new product in just 6/7 months.
Also this make me no faith on product.

So can you help me for same.

Find attached communication with the technician.
34 days passed, still the complaint is unresolved.
24th July - Technician visited & find the problem.
Again 29.07.20 another technician visited & done the same drama of checking.
One of the technician share the RM's no. :- [protected], tried 10-12 times to call on this no. but no response.
Very poor service & fed up to do the follow-up.
It's not acceptable from such a branch Morphy.
Why the customer will suffer for your internal issues.
I don't want your product, please take away your processor & refund my money.
Please take it very seriously & give back the amount. I hv no faith in this product.

I have sent servals mail to you but you have not tajen seriously.
I have purchased food processor ICON Deluxe model in the year of 2017 through Amazon. I have requested for installation but you people couldn't send your person .Same time I have sent email to you and informed in the mail any thing happens Murphy Richard India Pvt. Ltd is responsible. After few month your product was giving problem and I have informed your service Dept after many request in the year of 2020( I have purchased new other company product in the year of 201)
Your service person has told me the gear box has down.(I was paid rs 250 as a visiting charges) And jar also out of service thus to be replaced by new one. My question how to possible in very small duration the gear box come down and the steel jar has defective? Than I was checked my self ( I am electrical engineer and more than 58 years electrical knowledge)and found that out of 4 nos bottom screws 1 no screw is blind 3 mid are csk head screws. It seams the product was manufacturing defective and it was not possible dismentaling without break bottom cover ( refer enclosed blind head screw) So I am advising to you collect your damaged product and analysis in your work . Immediate take action
