Very poor service. I registered a complaint on 7th Jan17 but still Salvo storage water heater is not OK. One Mechanic came on 11th Jan and then on 30th Jan but the product is not working. I again registered a complaint on 4th Feb. I also connected with Morphy Richards on Facebook. But nothing has been done. I also paid Rs.350 as service charges. Now I want to return the product having 5 years warranty on Eliment and 10 years on water tank.

I am having morphy richard grinder and of last couple of days it is not working properly and the moter is making lot more noise that usuasl . so i request to you to send the service man .
