Morphy Richards — replacement of pop up toaster model at-202

I had purchased the toaster from airforce csd canteen race course new delhi. After some time it went out of order and could not be repaired by your service center. Replacement was approved by your company on 23 jun 17. I went to the canteen three times but the canteen did not have this model in their stock. There i met mr rakesh of your company about a month ago and i was told by him that it will be replaced at my doorstep at noida shortly
But inspite of repeated telephonic reminders, it has not been replaced till date.
I am 75 years old, so it is not possible for me to go repeatedly to get the replacement. I would therefore request you to kindly get the replacement done at my residence at noida flat no. 290 sector 28 without further delay. I am also loosing further guarantee period on the toaster. Same may please be extended by the period when it became defective till it is replaced.
