With great difficulty writing to you that was not knowing that your company has such a pathetic services of your product.
I purchased one coffee maker and called up customer care to arrange for a demo for the same. Customer care assured that their will be a person coming for the demo and after 2 days one guy called up for demo but his availability and mine timing did not matched so it was cancelled from his end. After a week i again called up customer care and same thing happened with me that person will come in 2 days but that did not happened. When 3rd time I called up customer care got the name and number of senior person named Mr Sinha who can help me out for this non service issue. Today on 26th August at 11.30 am i called him up and explained my problem he said company does not provide this to anyone. I was surprised. He said still he will look into this and will revert back. But he did not called back. I again called him up after one hour then he said the area supervisor will call and update me. In 10 mins i got a call from one Swati who said that they do not provide any such services. But still said will revert back on this again after talking to his sir. At 3 pm i called up both twice but they have stopped answering now.
At higher level this happens i m surprised. If this is the way of working of this company that is why i wonder why this brand has no presence in the market and why this company in India could not make mark. Answer is Simple, No ethics of customer care and no after sales service.
I would like to put this matter further with complaints on other places and will not leave this matter so easily
