Morphy Richards — very poor service, (demonstration pending, delhi) no one is responding for service complaint of microwave

This is to inform you that i have purchased 25 cg microwave one week back in delhi. I am repeatedly requesting them to arrange a demonstration for the same but got no positive response from the company. Due to this i am still unable to use the product. This is the worst experience ever i got from any company.
