[Resolved]  Mother Dairy — Rude behaviour of Mother Dairy booth owner

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice the uncouth and rude behavior of the owner of both no.511, which is of them is situated near Bhagwati Hospital The person, who handles the booth appears to have been trained in rudeness and arrogance than in the politeness that is expected of any shop/ organization towards the customers. Because of this person, the Mother Dairy comes under very bad light. He invariably ask for the change, which is not very unreasonable, but at the same time it is his responsibility also to cooperate with the customers and not to put them in unnecessary trouble. Many times the customers are returned blank from the booth. This is a sad reflection on his functioning. We request you to kindly take appropriate action so that the image of Mother Dairy is not tarnished because o[censored]ncouth, arrogant and customer hostile behavior of this person.
