My Self (Mr. Sushant Chavan) I had book a 2 flat at Karrm Infrastructure Pvt Ltd at Shahpur Project on 11.10.2015 on that I had complete all the document Process with Builder & that time total value of both the flat was 8, 57, 536/- & that time while booking I had paid 3, 47, 029. & i had not apply for any loan on that time I had told builder however the work will happen I will pay the amount. But till now nothing work as happen.
Suddenly after 7 yrs on March month 2023 I am getting Notice from Motilal Owsal for cheating & Mischief done so please let me know where is my sanction letter & what is my loan application number & without my signature how you had KYC of my account & in letter you had mention that your recovery come to my home but meet no one so legal notice I had get & till 7 yrs why you people waiting for legal notice to give us.
Even we get fraud from Builder & you putting fraud case to us & all this now effect to our cibil score also where we cannot take any other home loan also however we had also done FIR also for this complaint but we also you also look into this matter Was this information helpful? |
