This has reference to as mentioned above, i would like to tell you that there was a credit balance of rs.632746.61 in my account with you upto 15.11.16. On 16th nov.2016, i purchased the shares worth rs.1991471/47 and in return to that i made the payment of rs.20 lac on 18.11.16 being credited in your books as on 19.11.16. There was a gap of hardly two days i. E.16.11.16 to 17.11.16 when my account was debited by rs.707.28 after showing a credit balance of rs.641275/14. I contacted your local branch at ludhiana in this regard, they denied to reverse the entry, rather they asked me to change the broker or take any action against the company. I.. E. Mosl. Can i ask you is it reasonable to debit my account for the interest only for 2 days which is my entitlement because i can`t send the amount at the moment when i purchase the shares. Suppose i purchase the shares on friday and saturday, sunday are holidays. I pay the cheque on monday afternoon certainly you would deposit the cheque in your bank on tuesday and it will shown credit on wednesday in the account. It means there is delay of five days. The realty is that customer did not delay the payment even for a day. It means that you will charge interest for 5 days without any reason on the part of the customer. It mean it was debited without applying the mind by the person. So credit the same in my account without any delay. Hoping for the positive action.
