I tried to start an sip using motilal oswal app and while making the payment some error occured and i contacted the customer care team.they said as the payment was not debited transaction was unsuccessful I can start another one like they said.I tried again and same error occured.so i waited few days and tried again.this time it was successful.but from next month i came to know the hidden charges.everymonth they will charges for each sip payments even for the non successful transactions. I tried to explain the same to the customer care team they are not even ready to hear my words .I have made the transaction for one month 1000 inr and they have charged me for july and august 3 sips even cancellation charges as well.please look in to it Was this information helpful? |
