I hold a demat account with Motilal Oswal. Never trust advicros from Motilal Oswal as they give you false commitments and make huge losses. My advisor started trading in options and started making losses. When iI exhausted the money to invest, he made me pledge all my shares and trade. Further when losses continued, he said purchasing TGS will help in consistent and accurate trades. All this while this advisor kept losing my money with losses and making the company profits in terms of commission. He manipulated me into buying TGS promising that he will recover the money of Rs 33k through the recommendations from the software. He also said the payment will be in 2 installments in a gap of 6 months. I got to know from the department that the emis were 1 month apart. All my previous investments were liquidated to make this payment.
Post purchase of TGS, the advisor continued trading without the TGS recommendations. I asked him to stop the services and not deduct anymore installments as the recommendations were not put to use and it just cost me a lot money. Even now when I am approaching the department, they keep denying to stop the service. Please note, I only asked to stop the service and not for refund so that more money does not go into vain.
