Motivate Financial Services — LOD list not providing 2month waiting

I want required to list of documents, I was paid LOD charges of Rs. 2360/- 4-feb-22, and send mail to hfquery, call also, but still they are not any response. Kindly look into the matter and send the LOD Letter,
