Sir, I purchased Moto G (2nd Gen), XT1068, BLACK, mobile set bearing serial no:[protected] on 27th December, 2014. But a day before yesterday I surprisingly observed that my set is lying "DEAD". So I had to go to your service center at 55 Maniktolla main road, Kolkata (WIRELESS COMMUNICATION) with a hope of getting quick relief from this inconvenience. But they somehow convinced me to retain the set for another 10 to 12 days for necessary servicing vide work order no:GWT/MG/15/00119 Dated 21st April, 2015. In this context I would request you to please CHANGE MY THREE MONTHS OLD SET WITH A NEW ONE (same model) at your earliest and save my time, etc. It is difficult for me to go without mobile for so many days.
