[Resolved]  Rto Panchmahal Gujarat — rc book not received

sir i make the my bike registration on dt 28august2013 from rto panchmahal.
i get the registration nogj17 am 6226 from sms on 13sept2013.but rc book not received.i taken the loan for bike plz do needful.
