[Resolved]  Tvs Motor Company — Cheated me by selling a bike that does not have proper finish, also they have put white paint to cover the scratches

Dear sir, I baught TVS Apache RTR180 from Sri venkateshwara Motors(K R Puram) on 23rd Sep, 2013 by paying RS 87500/-. Dealer has cheated me by selling a bike that does not have proper finish. To cover the scratches they have applied white paint and sold the vehicle. Please find the enclosed photo of bike where they have painted and do the needful.
