Motorola — Defective handset | |||
I bought a a Moto E (2gen) 3G phone in the month of April this year from flipkart. this is the Order ID: OD[protected] and this is the Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected]. i m facing proble ems on almost every month since i bought this phone. it stopped working all of a sudden. i went to the service station once but five times i get in ouch with the MOTO e online service facility members. every time they told me to wipe out teh data . it is not possible for me to restore it every month i lost quite imp data bcz of this. today also its not working...no water damange or physical damage is there ... i gurantee this... pls look into the matter...i got all related documents with thsi the chat session with diffrenert agents are also with me Regards Ashish Srivastava producer India news [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
