Motorola — Delay in repair

hi, my less than one year old model of moto x has been with the service centre for camera repair since 21 feb and am just not getting it back. they keep asking for some more time, call back later and all it is ridiculous amount of time for something so small need urgent resolve as it is very disappointing level of service. and today it has been sweetly given by the service centre as repaired, while also admitting that they have not changed any part or anything and the problem remains as on day one. and am now supposed to take it to this other opened service centre
