I had given my mobile MOTO E to the Hyderabad Service center at Abids on 7th July.
35 days have gone and till now they have not repaired my mobile neither they are giving me any spare mobile.
Their Customer care representatives are only delaying by days.
they are also not connecting me to their Higher Authority neither replying to me.
So I have decided to lodge a Consumer Case regarding this in AP STATE CONSUMER COURT.
