Motorola — Device is not working....

My phone was having problem with not able to connect to Internet after Lollipop upgrade..Then I can contacted you guys for help and you did tried all the troubleshooting steps and then connected to Mukesh in technical team..He then tried few steps and asked me to submit the device in service center. My sim1 slot was broken and he did talked to regional head and got that charges waived..I submitted my device on 25/2/2015 in the service center and i got it on 19/3/2015... I was able to connect to Internet as they changed the mother board on it and the sim 1 slot.. It worked fine until 7 PM on 19/3/2015 and then display was not coming on...Then on 20/3/2015I contacted customer care and wanted to talk to Ramesh who actually helped me in getting my device back from service center by calling the regional head then and there. The agent told me that he will arranged a callback from Ramesh and I did not get any help or call.. I called again and the other representative told me to hold the power button for 120 seconds and then the display came on and he asked me to uninstall the antivirus if I have installed any.. I did and it was working..Then again after one hour the display went off...i tried the same troubleshooting and it came on.. Then again worked for one hour and went off.. Then I spoke to Ramesh finally at 6.38 PM in the evening..He asked me to power on the phone in safe mode and use it for 5 hours.. actually it went on to work for only one hour.. then again the problem started.. He asked me to submit the device in service center which I will do.. However this morning the phone was heating like the burning charcoal...Guys it's posing death hazard.. I am afraid that it would blast.. I want this device to be replaced. I dont want repair on it and I wanted this to escalated to higher team, I want a new mobile, or want my money back...I will put a case on you guys if my mobile is not replaced or I don't get my money back.. It's risk to my family's life, it is heating without I am using it.. My phone is just 7 months old...I waiting for your reply.. Reference ID:[protected]
