Motorola — Earphone is of Cheap Quality

My earphone is in warranty period, earphone wire comes out from its jack...and service center is not replacing with an excuse from service center is that it's a physical damage, but it's not a physical damage it's a manufacturing defect, even a low quality earphone wire will not come out like this. This is very Cheap product from Motorola. Shame Shame, I want it to be replaced.
