Motorola — Handset poor performance

I have bought the motorola 2nd generation last year . It is still in warranty but few days left only. The performance of phone has become terrifically bad. It hangs too much. Shuts down then restarts . Exit apps itself.report problems in every usual application .like application not responding. Please handle the complaint soon.
