Motorola India — Moto G 1st Generation Repair | |
My Moto G display and lens has been broken and I have submitted my mobile at the nearest service center, Ensure Support Services India Limited, Ulubari Guwahati on 13th July 2015, its been 2 months and I didn't get my mobile repaired.
Everytime I call service center they tell me that the parts are not made available by Motorola, and whwn I call the customer support they keep escalating my case but there is no result.
