[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Bad service from motorola service center | |||||
Hello, Myself *VasimKhan Munshi*, a proud owner of Motorola Cell with model no. _MOTO G3_ and _IMEI [protected]._ Hereby I request you to look into my issue and kindly resolve it as soon as possible. I bought my Moto handset on date 30th October 2015. Out of blue it suddenly got affected in its Sim slot. For which I went to the service center viz. - _Ensure Services, Jetalpur Road, Vadodara, Gujarat._ I submitted my phone on 5th September 2016 and received it back on 19th September 2016. But surprisingly instead of fixing the problem they gifted me new problems. I received my phone having problem with the display on the screen, Camera resolution and the sound from the receiver i.e. I couldn't hear the voice from the receiver. Is this the way to treat customer?? After submitting my phone I waited for about 15 days. But instead of solving they generate new issues.
