[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — claiming of warranty | |
Sir i bought motorola verve loop plus headset from amazon last year. Now its not working from one ear piece and the product is within warranty. When i reach the service centre they told hat they support only smartphones not the accessories which is bought separately. Then i tried to contact motorola india customer service, they also told the same thing and they give some contact number and email address. After i tried both the ways (Tele & mail), either its no response or invalid one. Then i call back motorola to report the same, they told just keep on waiting till you reach or contact seller i. E. Amazon. From amazon they also not responding to the problems that i need solution for. Now the is having one month left for its warranty to expire. Was this information helpful? | |

Ananatpur motorola/lenevo sevice centre members are talking new mobile parts/battery and replacing old/duplicate parts. I lose good mobile because of old parts replace.
