[Resolved]  Motorola Mobility — Faulty device

I have purchased Motog4 from Amazon, 4 day ago i have received the same but device have fault it is not ditecting sim 2, they want DOA letter from service center to replace the same, but service center deny to issue DOA letter. I am fed up with Amazon & Motorola. I did not expect this type of service from both brands.
