Motorola Mobility — Inappropriate service and provided faulty product

I am owner of Moto X 2013. Few months back the screen of the device has some burning issue so i submitted my device to the service centre as it was in warrwant period. For the solution they changed the display of the device as well as the battery and i got my device after time period of 20 days. After using device for few days i came to know that the speaker of the device was not working properly so i visited the service cemtre again and they collected my device. That was 2nd time. After 7 days i got my device back without replacing any part and i was told that the problem was resolved. After using it for few hours i came know that the problem was still exist. I mailed this issue to the customer care support and i was told to submit my device again to the service centre, so i submitted it again for the 3 rd time. For that time they decided to change the mother board of the device. Ingot my device back after 20 days. And the warranty of the device was over but i was told that if i will face any issue or the problem still remains same i can resubmit it. after using device for a day ibwas shocked bacause the problem of the speaker was still there i was totally annoid and frusted. Straight forward i mailed that issue to the customer care help Email ID and asked for the full device replacement. Then got reply to dubmit my decice again to the service centre again. This was the 4th time that i have submitted it. I submitted my device on 19 oct 2015 and till the time I didn't recived any update regarding the device. I have called on helpline numbers for so many times also called service centre but there was no responce. The persone who was handling my case was ignoring my mails and not coming on the call. I have asked for the full device replacement and they are planning to make it repair again and there is no such garranty that this time the problem will get resolve with the repair of the device. Also they are charging me for the repair without asking me about the repair. Problem was still there it was not resolved. My device was within the service centre for almost 70 days and counting. I have no other smartphone to use. I want full device replacement or Refund of my money. Customer support complain no :[protected] /[protected]/[protected] Job sheet number : ZST/MG/15/06763 I have attached the screeshots of the mail that i have sent to the customer care executives and there responce. I have recorded video of the defect before submitting my device when it was in warranty and the video after getting it back. Both the videos indicated that my device was repair with the faulty parts. There is no option to attach the videos over here.

Till the date i have not got the device. My device was under multiple repairs. And motorola is not keeping their words. I am getting dates after dates.
