Motorola Mobility — Mobile phone not getting switched on after switch off

I bought Motog34 5g on February 26 2024 around 7:00pm but around 10pm mobile got dead and the next day 27th February i have taken to service center and they said after they plugged the charger socket and mobile gets ON. After sometime they said that we have updated the software so only it happened. I agreed and taken the mobile back on 01/03/2024. But i didn't get any call from the service persons and I have called and then only they informed mobile was ready. In service center i was waited for 2hours and then only i got the mobile. after 5days once again mobile got dead and they are saying that we will repair the mobile. They not even considered myself as a customer and i called the Manager of that center and asked him. he checked the mobile and went out. He didn't visited us after the issue founded. The Service center which was in chennai, Tnagar- Digitel Communications Pvt ltd. Till now i didn't get any solution.
