Shankar .) 06/02/2016 11.46 PM Respected Sir/Madam, I had given my MOTO-E(Gen 2) mobile for servicing on *Dec 27 2015 in Egmore, Chennai service center* since it was getting hanged frequently & there was an issue with the microphone. After 3 weeks the service center person requested me to lodge a complaint with Motorola since the mobile cannot be repaired & asked me to place a request for replacement. I had raised a complaint with Motorola & till now there is not proper response from you. On 4th Feb I had received a call but I was unable to attend it. I immediately called back after 5 minutes to the customer care but still there was no proper reply. *I want the relevant person from Motorola to call me back immediately and address my concerns.* Your Customer service is very pathetic. If this is going to continue I never ever recommend my family & friends to buy a Motorola product.
