[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto G3 service complaint | |||||
I had purchased a Motorola g3 phone 6 months back[protected], after using it for a month it started giving problems with flashlight and i noticed it switching off when connected to power bank. I gave my cell to service center(Located at: S1, 2nd Floor, D'Costa Chambers, Near Nanutel Hotel, Pajifond, Margao, Goa 403601) and they took around 20 days and gave it back with repair. But when i got it back i could barely hear the person on other side and the screen was blanking off very often i took it to service center again and they took some more days to repair it. But when i got it back from them there was still problem with the hearing, sound was not at all audible and also the power bank problem re occurred. Then i contacted the Motorola care and they asked me to submit device i submitted device on 19th of July and i have had called the for at least 20-25 times for status every time they said they are in progress but the service center guys told me there had been no mails from motorola to us so we are not repairing the device at all. They asked me, contact them and ask what to do for the cell. My issue has been escaled more than 5 times i think but there is no co ordination at all to motorola people and service center people!!. motorola said they are working on cell and said that they have informed servce center but the service center people said they are doing nothing to the phone! and then these motorola people tel me few days back that my cell is repaired and i could collect it back so i asked service center and they said there has been no repair done to it and it's been lying since the time i have given!. and when i said this to motorola people and told them that i will escalate this to consumer forum the executive said go ahead and complaint its your right!!! Such a pathetic service!. I mailed to director of services saying i am going to file a complaint in consumer court then they finally reached the service center and assured me i will get back cell in two days. but now the service center people say it will take lot of time and wont get it back soon! I am very much fed up with the faulty cell phone and service of Motorola. I bought phone for my use and almost 4 and half months it was with service center!!!. I asked the service center to give all job sheet ids(i.e 3 times i had submitted my phone), they said only latest job sheet is available and cannot give previous job sheets. The service center people were very rude all the time. The Motorola executive also said to me that they will be extending the warranty time by 3 months but they just seem to promise things and do nothing about it. I am very disappointed with this and want to give a notice to Motorola for all the grievances I faced because of faulty phone. On top of all this i had to take off specially from office to check with service center people for my phone status which is very far from my place. And i have been to service center about 10 times or may be more! I have attached the purchase invoice and latest job sheet with this post. I want a Replacement new phone or full refund of amount along with the compensation for all the costs that i have faced while all this time getting it repaired as soon as possible from motorola. I have bought a motog turbo edition mobile recently from flipkart. Within three months the phone screen touch is not working and the keypad is creating pblm.
