[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto g4 plus mobile | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have purchased about mobile on 17th june though amazon. I have got automatic switch off and heating issue new purchase the mobile. This complaint registered on though your service center sact communication, madurai on 22/08/2016 Now the service people saying that the complaint got from mother board. The mother board replaced with in 10 days. But the service has been taken more than 15 days. Kindly give me the proper replay. Otherwise the mobile should be handed due to you only. I don't need this mobile. Kindly refund the amount. Awaiting for your replay. The bills are enclosed kind your knowledge. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

I am using motorola g3 .now i cant recieve any calls.its tell that i am busy.my notification bar is not working.i cant reset my phone.now i hate this product.minimise bar is not working.because of these problem.i was force to buy anther mobile.
