Please reply me weather there is benefit of complaining here or this website is also a crap like moto service. Now some guy called me named mr rk thakur from accounts department and said i am transferring your amount in paytm and again taken the all details please note its 3rd time and also asking for otp, first thing why you need otp for transferring and second he disconnected the cal in between conversion. Are you seriously don`t know how to talk with customer? And how to resolve such a short issue. Now its on company and every damm person has to be involved.
