[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto x play pathetic service and poor response | |||||
Please tell me who is the responsible person from whom i need to contact or i really go with lawyer? Mr anuj ([protected]) and mr naitik ([protected]) making me fool from last 3 days that they are refunding me the amount for their worst phone moto x play (Refer my last two complaints). They taken 2 account no. With complete details and said to do the transaction from respective atm also said me to mail the transaction slip on motorola.[protected]@india.com and also assured me that they will refund amount possible by yesterday and then said by today but mr naitik is not picking the phone now from morning and mr anuj picked and put my call on hold for more then 7 mins then i disconnected the phone. I want immediate action now, you guys requested to reply me because they are only making fool by saying that they are resolving the complaint but they are in something else.
