My name is lakshya talwar . I have odered a handset on my sisters name palak talwar. My handset was in 4 months gurantee . 1 nd a half month ago on 20 th august for repairence of touch & speakers, sir now it crossed my limit of patience . First of all its in warranty & they are saying that warranty is bounced, i have gurantee proof . Handset model moto g (2nd gen) XT1068. Problem code : touch not working ringer & receiver, imei no - [protected], work order no - PGA/MG/15/00577, no physical defect, contact no - [protected], complaint order no[protected] . No body listened me, sir i request u to take a strict action against this, my paticience limit has crossed, coz one month was enough for this.

My name is Nishit Mody I have purchased my Moto G 2nd Gen and now phone is got for Screen Replacement which is covered in Warranty. I Have submitted my handset in Service centre available in Borivali Mumbai on 6th of Aug 2015 and till date is in Centre only still saying that parts are not available in company my Job Sheet No: - ZRV/MG/15/01625. i ahve also demanded for new phone stating that if they dont have parts in Company better to provide me a new handset as the phone is still in Warranty. Kindly help me out to retreive my phone at the earliest please.
