Motorola Mobility — My device doesn't support JIO sim

My device Motorola one fusion that is bought from foreign country(Saidi Arabia) so there is no any types of service or accessories available in my country (India).I think this is problem with a better update for my device.
It has also a problem that is ghost touch on my touch screen.Please suggest and give me better solution as soon as possible.
